Support levels
Web self service – This support level is designed for
customers who don’t need to contact Maingate Support
very frequently. Maingate Manager is used for operational
information, SIM card- and invoice administration. It is
possible to contact Maingate Support if needed.
Help desk – This level of support is aimed at customers
who use Maingate Manager for administration but often
need personal contact with Maingate Support staff. Help
desk is available in two varieties; Basic or Extended. The
Basic level offers access to Maingate support during office
hours. Extended gives you personal access to operational
staff 24/7.
